The Early Career Talent Assessment (ECTA) is designed to efficiently evaluate and identify early career top talent.
The ECTA is included as part of the USA Hire Standard Assessment package.
The ECTA was designed for completion on a mobile device or laptop/desktop.
This assessment is available for all student trainee job series (XX99) for grades 3-11.
Contact USA Hire about the potential to use this assessment to measure other early career positions beyond a XX99 job series.
The ECTA can be included immediately by the HR user in a specific vacancy. The ECTA has been approved and are maintained by OPM for current and future use.
This assessment was developed based on Governmentwide job analysis data, which supports their inclusion as part of a USA Staffing assessment plan.
