The Data Skills Assessment (DSA) is a simulation-style assessment that measures applicants' ability to manage, analyze, and interpret data. Applicants are placed in the role of a Federal employee who must analyze data for a fictitious agency. Completing the assessment requires applicants to work directly with data files that are provided through USA Hire. They must report their results and answer related questions to demonstrate their understanding of the data.
