USA Hire Usage Rates
From October 2025 through September 2026, 118 organizations announced 7,685 JOAs.
USA Hire Core Assessments were available for 74.5% of JOAs and used in 34.4% of those.
USA Hire Applications Completed
Of the total applications on JOAs with USA Hire Used, 1,225,336 (81.3%) were eligible to complete a USA Hire assessment. 282,169 applications were ineligible for an invitation to USA Hire.
Of those applications invited, 82.1% completed the assessment (including score reuse).
USA Hire vs Non USA Hire Applications Rates
While 29.2% of JOAs with Core Assessments available used USA Hire, those vacancies received 74.3% of the total applications and had 63.5% of the total selections.
