PATCO Expansion

The PATCO approach leverages governmentwide job analysis data from OPM’s Federal Workforce Competency Initiative to deliver USA Hire Standard Assessments for series and grades not currently covered by a USA Hire Standard Assessment. This innovative method allows USA Hire to efficiently scale and provide assessments for all GS series and grades governed by the Merit Hiring Plan.
