Power BI Job Aids and Assessment Reporting
Power BI Job Aids provides step-by-step guides designed to help users navigate and make the most of Power BI. These resources include foundational instructions, such as accessing Power BI through USA Staffing, as well as report-specific job aids tailored to various use cases.
The Assessment App within Power BI provides detailed insights into assessment activity, including setup, applicant scores, and item-level responses. The Assessment app includes the following reports:
- Assessment Items and Applicant Responses: Displays tabular data on vacancies, applicants, and their responses to assessment questions for assessments delivered through the USA Staffing system.
- Assessment Types by Vacancy: Lists the types of assessments used for each vacancy (e.g., questionnaires, manual assessments, USA Hire, SME evaluations), along with key metrics showing the number of applicants at major stages of the hiring process (e.g., applied, eligible, referred).
- Assessment by Vacancy: Details the assessments included in each vacancy’s assessment package, including the delivery stage (hurdle), assessment type and name, and additional information on questionnaires, manual assessments, and SME evaluations.
