Once you have been granted access to the USA Hire Assessments, you may begin using them for any and all appropriate recruitments. The following are recommendations on how you might choose to configure your vacancy when utilizing a USA Hire Assessment. HR Users are free to modify these recommendations to meet specific agency needs.
Application Confirmation Messages
When using USA Hire:
- Select the USA Hire Acknowledgement template to automatically send upon application submission.
- Do not select or enter text in the "Display online application confirmation message" field on the Vacancy>Settings page. Any information entered in this field will not be displayed to the applicant. When candidates submit their application, the USA Hire system deploys the appropriate confirmation message based on the required next steps of the applicant. The USA Hire system will also email applicants with the same or similar message shown on the confirmation screen.
